We want you to be fully satisfied with your product from Sound World Solutions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling.
Please contact us before returning the item to qualify and receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Units purchased from one of our retail partners should be returned to them. Please also note that the item must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTY
For anyone purchasing a hearing aid or personal sound amplifier, Sound World Solutions offers a limited 1-year warranty for hearing aids and a limited 90-day warranty for personal sound amplifiers, from the date of original purchase. We will repair or replace any defective unit within the limited warranty of its purchase date.
